Q: Who the heck is Thinkerous?

A: We are just some guys and girls with a long experience in marketing, sales, eCommerce and logistics, and we love to help. We love to think of ideas, it's actually fun to us.

Q: How does Thinkerous make money, if you give free advice?

A: Advice and ideas are free, but if you need some more hands-on or personalised business assistance that might require substantial phone time, Live Chat or in-person visits, then that might cost you at an hourly rate. We also find that people that have benefited from the free advice have been happy to throw us a few bucks through a Paypal donation or whatever. Even just a glowing review is more than enough! Heck, if we help your coffee shop get more followers and fans through social media, just gimme a free iced coffee when we pop in one day and we'll call it even. We helped a guy out in rural Gippsland market his B&B through social media and it was so damn helpful to him, that we got a free nights' stay. That was pretty damn nice of them!

Q: How many times can I ask Thinkerous for free advice?

A: As many times as you like, within reason, of course! We are happy to help people that are struggling, but if you come to EXPECT more and more advice for free, we might have to cut you off. The nicer you are, the more help we can throw your way!
